    I was really disappointed because I wasn't given any paper work as what to do with the adhesive on my lips. They did put it on before I left, but I had no idea how to apply it when I got home. Nor did I know that I had to replace twice a day.

    Dr Grekin is great. But I want to give a shout-out to the Fellow who initially came in to discuss my issue. He was wonderful and exuded kindness and compassion. He also had a great "doctor voice" which instantly put me at ease.

    Experience was chaotic. I was not sedated so heard them working on my leg, very upsetting. Then it was like an assembly line. The Dr was working on maybe 5 patients at a time and would pop in and out and I was just waiting in the meantime with a 4 inch gash in my leg. Very unsettling and unpleasant.

    The lab work on my slides was extremely slow--almost 3 hours for the first slides. Was left to wait in my room with no explanation for the delay (was supposed to be 1 1/2 hrs.

    My only complaint is the waiting time between excision of the basis cell and the return from the lab. It was hours and should not have been. Oh, and the exam/procedure rooms are always very cold. (I've been before).

    When I was finished with the blue light treatment I was given a 2 page sheet. What to expect the treatment to be. And what to to as follow up after. Would have been most helpful to mail this to the patient BEFORE the treatment. Makes no sense to give this after treatment. Very simple. Very helpful.

    My appointment was with a specific doctor. Resident's knowledge was weak and had to be corrected by doctor, but resident did the surgery. I was uncomfortable because doctor left after correcting the resident.

    While I worry I may be mistaken, I smelled what seemed to be alcohol on the breath of the attending . It might have been mouthwash, but it set me back a little. This was not the case the day of my surgery, so it was a bit surprising to have this experience the day of my exam.

    I also had Mohs surgery with Dr. Grekin 20 years ago. I would not have this procedure done with anyone else. I knew I could have confidence that my basal cell carcinoma would be removed in is entirety, AND even though I was warned it was invasive, I knew his repair of the defect would be done with the highest concern for my safety and esthetics. He is simply the best.

    My bandage that was set for the next 24 hours positioned tape that abraded my eyeball, which I couldn't tell until after numbing wore off & we were miles away from clinic. We were given eye drops to help with pain, but no direction on use.

    Dr. Grekin was wonderful. Clearly highly experienced; explained things very well, listened well, summarized well; I was fairly well informed before I came, but he really exceeded my expectations in the way he treated me and explained things. You can also tell he sets a really good tone with the other people in the practice; the residents, fellows, nurses, everyone. You should have a rating higher than "very good" for him and this practice. It was excellent

    Love Dr. Gretkin! Who doesn't? :) he is great, very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly doctor. He always listens to my concerns which is important. In the past, I've seen several doctors (dermatologists) I had like 2 mins talking to them and that was it. Unlike, Dr. Gretkin, he listens to my concerns. He cares about skin (face) problem. He always tries to come up with solutions for my skin. Highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Dr. Gretkin for everything you do.
